Year 3's Electrifying Exploration!

In our static electricity exploration, students engaged in hands-on experiments, rubbing balloons against hair to generate static charges. They observed with fascination as objects were attracted or repelled, sparking curiosity about the invisible force. Through interactive activities, they uncovered the wonders of static electricity, igniting a sense of scientific inquiry.

In our math lessons, students delved into the concept of perimeter, learning to calculate the total length of the boundary of shapes. Through hands-on activities and real-world examples, they honed their skills in measuring and calculating perimeter, gaining a deeper understanding of geometric principles and problem-solving strategies.

During assembly on Friday, we farewelled Mrs Reynolds. We would like to thank her for all of her hard work this year.  Wherever you go next, there is no doubt you will do amazing things.
