Camp-plate Success

What a fantastic week it has been at camp!

The students have been incredible from start to finish. They threw themselves into every activity with enthusiasm, showed great resilience, and should be really proud of the way they represented our school. It has been wonderful to see so many students step outside their comfort zones, face their fears, and give everything a go.

We certainly experienced all kinds of weather—heavy rain one moment and hot sun the next—but the students took it all in their stride. Their positive attitudes and ability to keep going (even when a little soggy or sun-tired!) was impressive.

One of the highlights of the week has been watching new friendships grow. It has been lovely to see students supporting one another, including everyone, and building strong connections that will last well beyond camp.

A big thank you to Tonita and Angela, our amazing parent helpers. Their support throughout the week was invaluable, and we are so grateful for the time, energy, and care they gave.

By the end of the week, it’s safe to say the students are well and truly exhausted! They have given so much of themselves and are very much looking forward to a good rest—and, of course, seeing their families again.

We hope everyone enjoys a quiet and restful weekend. We look forward to seeing the students back next week, recharged and ready to go!
