Bee Bot Maze 

We hope all the students have a restful and enjoyable mid-year break. We look forward to building on the confidence, persistence and skills of each student as they return for Term 3.

This week in Year 4 we used directional language to get our Bee Bots through a maze the students created. The students had to trial and error until they successfully got their Bee Bot through. 

A huge round of applause for our public speaking stars: Ean, Charlie O, Asha, Winter, Hannah and Ella! Your clear, confident delivery, excellent eye contact, engaging presence, and courage to stand before an audience truly amazed us. You’ve set the bar high and inspired everyone for next year. Congratulations on a fantastic achievement! Goodluck to Charlie O and Hannah as they will be attending the Tweed Regional Public Speaking Competition. 

Can you please remind your child to return their homework folders on a Friday? Your child now has the opportunity to take readers home if they have a homework folder to help them with their decoding skills and fluency. Homework is detailed in the what's on this week tab.
